Tom's desire to live in the mountains began early in life. While at high school in Galveston, Texas, Tom convinced his family to take a ski vacation. That one trip changed Tom forever! He moved to the Vail Valley in 1994 after graduating with a Marketing Degree from the University of Texas in Austin. Armed with a mountain bike and a pair of skis, Tom began his new career in Beaver Creek as a concierge and transitioned into property management. After successfully creating a property management division of East West Resorts in Bachelor Gulch, Tom shifted his career focus to real estate brokerage. Since becoming a Real Estate Broker in 2001, Tom has consistently been a top performer. His dedication to his clientele, listening and negotiating skills define him as a true professional. Hailing from the flat lands of Des Moines, Iowa, Claire realized that adding vertical in with snowfall makes for a ton of fun. Having visited Vail a few times during her college years; the dream of living in this great mountain community was born. Having moved to Vail in 1993, Claire had ample time to play and have fun. In 1995, she became a sales rep in the snowboard industry. In 2002, Claire wanted a change and gained a position as office manager for a prominent real estate law firm in the Vail Valley. After 3 years, she decided to reincorporate her sales skills along with the legal knowledge she had garnered and earn her real estate license. Claire is committed to customer service and providing her clients with the tenacity, market knowledge and communication skills required to provide them with a seamless and enjoyable transaction. Michael is a lifetime resident of the Vail Valley and a third generation local. He recently graduated from the University of Colorado majoring in Marketing and Real Estate while playing football for the Buffaloes. Michael's knowledge of the entire Vail Valley and the ability to communicate with buyers and sellers allow for wonderful relationships between he and his clients. Away from real estate, Michael's time is devoted to community and volunteer work throughout the Valley. In addition, golf, skiing, soccer and hiking are a few of the outdoor activites Michael enjoys in his spare time.
