Janice is a native of New York and moved to Vail in 1980 with her husband, Tom, after graduating college. They were drawn to Vail because of its beauty and all the outdoor activities that it had to offer. She has worked in the service industry for the better part of 20 years and has also been involved in the construction business from painting to administration. Janice and Tom live in Edwards and have two daughters, Caitlin, 15 and Lauren, 13.
Janice earned her real estate license in 2003. After working with a very small real estate company she realized the benefits of working for a larger, more established company and is now with Prudential Colorado Properties as an Associate Broker. She has partnered with Larry Agneberg, also a long time local and one of Prudential’s top producers. Along with Larry’s guidance and her experience in the valley, Janice is ready to help both locals and guests with their real estate buying and selling needs.
